Exchanges or returns will be accepted for a period of 30 days from date of delivery of your order. Returns due to manufacturer’s defect or AMS error will be at no cost to our customer. Shipping charges and price differences will be the responsibility of the customer for exchanges or returns for any other reason. All garments must be in new condition in original packaging. Soiled or laundered garments will not be accepted due to sanitary reasons. Custom orders of any kind may not be canceled, exchanged, or returned.
An RMA (Return of Materials Authorization) form and number must be obtained prior to returning goods to AMS. This form and number must be included with your return package. Any returns without proper authorization cannot be processed by the receiving department which will not ensure proper credit to your account.
