We will accept returns with in 15 days for any manufacturing defect at no cost to our customer. We will not accept soiled or washed products. A return authorization must be obtained by emailing mailtomail-to:customerservice@affordablemedscrubs.com prior to returning items. Items may be exchanged for any reason. We will only accept defective merchandise for return without exchange. In the case of an exchange the customer will pay freight but no restocking or handling fee. All product are manufactured to the highest standards, and are warrantied against abnormal wear and tear.

 

Custom orders representing volume orders of non stock items, embroidery and screen printing orders may not be cancelled or returned.
